The sale being completed nearly 3 weeks from the original completion date left us all stressed. Reference re the 365 Event @ The Angel View Inn - 28th October 2009 

I attended a Property Consultants 365 networking event on Wednesday 28th Oct. I found the event both informative and professionally organised. I made some very good business contacts and thought the talk by ex MTV presenter Vanessa Todd & husband Nick Tadd was excellent and very relevant to todays world of online marketing via social networking. Although not normally a fan of networking events I found this one to be relaxed, friendly and still achieved my aims. Mark Waddell the events co-ordinator was very hospitable and made everyone welcome and part of the event. I’d highly recommend anyone who is professionally involved in property or anyone wishing to invest themselves should attend one of 365’s events.

I just wanted to say thank you for organising the networking event last Wednesday evening.
The speaker was so informative, I certainly learnt a thing or two.
Also, I felt that the format of the evening was great for networking, I got to meet a lot more people and find out about their businesses than I have at other types of events.

Hi Mark,
I would firstly like to thank you for the invitation to the B2B which we attended on 13th November 2008.
I must say I was a bit nervous to stand up and talk for 15 minutes, but I think we all agree that once I start talking I tend not to stop, which helped the 15 minutes go by a lot quicker and in fact I was probably up there longer.
As I said at the beginning of the speech that in this downturn "Credit Crunch" the Companies with deep pockets or the strong will survive and now is the time, more than ever, when the services of others are emphasised and should be utilised "If we all work together then we can turn what people believe is a negative situation into a positive solution.
It was good to go to a seminar when you know everyone in the room is within your industry and you get a better vibe talking to people in an industry you know and love instead of wasting time networking with people "you don't want to talk to" in the nicest of ways but "time is precious and time is money".
We have already made some good contacts through Propertyconsultants365 and the seminar also added a few more, "its good to put a face to a name".
I look forward to the next B2B in January when we have all been stuffed with food, chocolates and drink.

Hi Mark,

Many thanks for organinsing the networking event for your "We Recommend section".

It was great to get everyone together so we could get to know one another and how we can create a network of reciprocal business.

As a business it's so important to be able to provide the best and fullest service possible. If I am unable to provide that service I want to be able to pass my client on to someone who can and that I know will give them the same care and attention as I would.

This is only bourne out of networking and communicating with people in different sectors. The fact that you are running a service that allows this to happen in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere I believe is  invaluable. Having Property Consultants 365 as our common ground immediately broke down barriers and made us all feel at ease and will hopefully lead to more business for each and everyone of us there.

Reference re the 365 Event on 'The Black Diamond' - 26th June 2008

Hi Mark,

Just a brief note to say what an exciting and memorable day I had on Black Diamond. Never did I envisage myself as a yachtswoman, and I suppose those on the boat would say I am not! Although I did look the part even though it took some persuasion to 'get kitted up'.
The meal was absolutely delicious which was needed after all my hard work helping the skipper (ha ha).
I found the day to be most useful for meeting new contacts and hope that I have forged new relationships that can be developed. I look forward to hearing about any future events (minus the very early start) and hope to rope in some colleagues in future.

Having reviewed our current situation I have decided that we will not be coming up to Newcastle to research the area and the property market there.

Instead we will wait 3-4 months until we have secured English residency and then approach the banks for a first time home-buyers mortgage at maximum leverage to purchase in South-East London. Then we hope to buy in, capitalise on growing equity and come back to you to seek out BTL opportunities in the NE of England / Scotland in approximately 12 months time.

In hindsight I feel fortunate to have come across you. Since our first conversation I began to feel at ease with you. Within a short space of time you gained my trust and confidence.

Further, It was obvious to me you knew your BTL niche very well and spoke clearly and capably of the factors that require consideration prior to loan arrangements and purchase of the "right" kind of property. With this you were most personable.......caring of our requirements, concerns, willing to listen to us intently and responding with relevant ideas openly, at length and in an unselfish manner.

This latter characteristic is not commonly displayed in the property
industry...many individuals and their companies are in it almost purely for their own agendas, motives and can be very bias. You were noticeably different.....we appreciated you for that.

Subsequently, we will come back to you.....and with your assistance we are confident of building a good portfolio in that neck of the woods in the future.

The CARES Group engaged Mark Waddell to sell a rural property in Cumbria after several poor experiences with “the standard” Estate Agent. Mark came with some fresh thinking and some initial energy which helped to kick-start the campaign. We found him thoroughly professional, flexible when called upon to react to developments and willing to put himself out.

Property Consultants 365 are good value for the professional fee we paid and realistic in assessing percentages from the sale of property. They do work with regular Estate Agents but can bring other contacts to the table, which potentially sharpen the competition to find a buyer for a client. The CARES Group would recommend them and use them again in the future.
