Own Your Own Piece Of Paradise

A friend of mine has recently become involved in an exceptional property investment opportunity via an English company who have bought unencumbered land in the Caribbean and other tourist destinations worldwide. Dominican Republic - Two Rivers & Las Canas, due to complete 20/11/2012. 

Thailand almost complete,

Nirvana SOLD OUT 

Buccament Bay, St. Vincent's 50% built - due to complete mid 2010. 

The land that they have in Barbados is the last development land available - Merricks, show homes are being built and due to complete end 2012 

They’ve recently purchased 500 acres in St. Lucia due to complete 2013 (apparently already 80% sold and they haven't got final planning yet). 

They have just bought a complete Island (Petite Nevis) and at present we don't know what's going to be developed there. It may be luxury homes or an assortment of homes and resort, or apparently maybe a development on the style of Richard Branson’s island retreat.
