Local Property Website Hits The Algarve
Property Consultants 365 (www.propertyconsultants365.co.uk ) based in Low Fell, Gateshead has recently partnered with North East based Letsbuy-algarve (www.letsbuy-algarve.com ) to offer a selection of both New and Resale properties from the Algarve area of Portugal to its investor database.
Director of Property Consultants 365 Mark Waddell explains “We specialize in the sourcing and selling of investment type properties from the North East region however we regularly get asked if we provide any overseas property investment options. To be honest we also get regular requests from overseas developers & companies asking us if we could promote their particular developments from across the world.
I have always found it hard to get motivated to sell properties in countries or destinations where I personally or some of our key clients wouldn’t invest. However, both Portugal (especially the Algarve) and Italy are two countries where I would invest.
Therefore I decided at the beginning of the year to look for a company or companies that specialized in property in Portugal & Italy to partner with.
After an introduction from a mutual business associate we met with Ian & Judith Dawson from Letsbuy-algarve and within ten minutes it was clear that they were as passionate about the Algarve as we were.

I have spent a lot of time on the Algarve on holiday and have a lot of friends and contacts there. Not only did my sister live there for many years but we still have friends out there including locals, ex-pats and some of my close friends have property out there. Lastly, if you haven’t tasted a Portuguese Steak from the Dolphin Restaurant on the Western Algarve then you haven’t lived !
