Local Property Company On The Move
The former residential property has been turned into commercial office space after a successful change of use application.
Property Consultants 365, which began trading in 2001, had outgrown its smaller office in Bill Quay.
Mark Waddell, director of the company, commented: “We are delighted with the move into new offices, which are in a more central location. We spent 12 months searching for a property that we could buy, renovate and use for our own purpose.”
He explained: “I had always ruled out the option of renting an existing office space or shop, due to the ongoing expense from rent, and preferred to purchase the property as an asset and long-term investment for our business.
“Indeed, since starting this project we have already received enquiries requesting advice from other companies wishing to purchase their own commercial premises in the same way,” he added. “We are now extending our consultancy service to business owners who may be working from home or renting commercial space at the moment, but wish to have their own commercial premises.”
The 365 website offers a wide range of property-related services and products to an area covering Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, County Durham, Teesside and North Yorkshire.
