365 Property Professionals Events 2010 -
These events will be taking place on a bi-monthly basis throughout 2010/2011 and are open to all including the members of the We Recommend section of our website plus invited guests including Property Landlords, Property Investors and Property Developers.
All the companies that attend are property related which gives each of the companies the opportunity to increase their presence in the North East property market and secure new business referrals.
The landlords, investors & developers will be able to speak directly to the companies on the night with many offering free advice and discounts on their products & services.
The location for these events is the Vineyard Suite or the Mulberry Suite @ The Angel View Inn - Low Eighton, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear NE9 7UB

Our guest speaker for the evening will be David Buffham from the Bank of England who presentation is entitled
'The Bank of England's View of the Economy'
During his talk David will covered the banks view of the wider economy, including the prospects for growth, inflation and the aftermath of the credit crunch, with a particular focus on the impact of the latter on property markets.

North East Property Forum
The North East Property Forum is the North East's Premier Property Networking Event, and is an opportunity for anyone who has an interest in Property and Wealth Creation to network on a monthly basis.
Whether you are looking to buy an investment property for the first time, or are an experienced landlord looking for ways to extend your portfolio, then these events will have something for you.
Attending the Meetings is a great way to meet other investors, other people who are on your "wavelength"; who can support you, offer advice, and generally share ideas with you. It's a fantastic support network!

Gateshead Private Landlords Association - General Meetings
Training Programme - Gateshead Private Landlords Association
Gateshead Private Landlords Association have now set their training programme for the next 12 months.
All courses are held at the Angel View Inn at Low Fell and include refreshments, lunch and course workbooks.

The event started with a reception & drinks buffet from 5.30pm to 6.00pm where guests were able to mingle and network.

As a company we like to run regular networking events to allow our clients and contacts to secure more business in a friendly environment.
We strive to be a bit different from the norm and usually run these events in a variety of strange places and locations.
The main aim being to promote the different businesses that attend allowing them to network but with a large focus placed on fun and laughter!!
Our last event was on the 26th June 2008 on board the Black Diamond, a 45 foot sailing yacht based at Hartlepool Marina.
The event involved 3 hours of sailing in the morning with a 2 course lunch to follow in the afternoon at Krimo's Restaurant on the Marina.
