Castledene Property Management is pleased to announce its accreditation with The National Approved Letting Scheme.

NALS (The National Approved Letting Scheme) ensures that agents comply with defined service standards and have in place a customer complaints procedure offering independent redress through the ombudsman for Letting agents scheme, professional indemnity insurance, client money protection cover and access to Tenancy Deposit Protection.

The scheme is supported by some of the most powerful voices in the property industry. The British Property Federation (BPF), National Landlords Association (NLA), whilst RICS endorse NALS.
