Castledene Property Investments
Castledene Property Investments specialise in the sourcing and purchasing of investment property across the North East of England. We only source resale properties within a 10 mile radius of any of our branches and all properties have been inspected by one of our team, which makes managing the property much easier.
LHA Expert
The LHA expert is Managing Director of the Castledene Group, John Paul, whose knowledge of the Local Housing Allowance system is sought by Landlords and letting agents from around the country.
Castledene Training & Development
This is the latest edition to the Castledene Group. We have now partnered up with a leading training provider and now offer fully funded apprenticeships to property investors, letting agents and estate agents nationwide. You can contact us if you would like to take advantage of this service.
