Gateshead Private Landlords Association is a partnership between Private Landlords, the Council and other agencies such as the Police.
It was formed to allow landlords to meet regularly, share information and encouragement good management practice.
Our Aims are:
- To improvement housing and promote good practice within the Private Rented Sector.
-To assist landlords in good management practice.
-To assist landlords in selecting good responsible tenants.
-To provide advice, support and information to landlords.
