Welcome to the services of the Newcastle Private Rented Service.
We offer FREE support and advice to Tenants, Landlords and Agencies involved in the Private Rented Sector in Newcastle upon Tyne.
We were established in 1997 to improve standards in the private rented sector. Our aim is to help create a well informed, well run and well managed private rented sector across the city.
Working within Newcastle City Councils Environment and Regeneration Directorate we are involved in a variety of initiatives and services such as: -
