From time to time Ground Lock are asked to gain entry to a property when tenants have left no keys, or keys have been misplaced. For a number of letting agents Ground Lock gain entry to the property then call the agent as we do a ‘walk-through’ to assess the condition of the property.

Ground Lock can then take on any property maintenance tasks, change the locks, test the alarm system, re-secure the property and take photographs to be emailed to you of before and after any work is undertook. This effectively makes for a fast turn-around on the property, getting a new tenant (therefore rent) quicker – which ultimately saves you time and money.
