Vanessa Warwick and Nick Tadd are one of the most high profile couples in the U.K. property arena.
They started their property investment career in early 2004, and by December 2006, had built up enough positive net cash flow from their property portfolio to give up their day jobs as TV Director and TV Cameraman.

“We wanted to provide a free resource to investors to help them understand how to invest in property safely and profitably”, Vanessa says. Through this network, Vanessa and Nick built business relationships with other investors where they could buy in a small-scale bulk format.
This unique approach helped them acquire a portfolio of over 20 properties, with a total value in excess of £5 million, and with a significant positive net cash flow from the rent. “We have a varied portfolio of single occupancy houses, multi-let houses, holiday lets on the south coast, a portfolio of high end apartments in London, and three properties in Cyprus” says Nick, “Our focus has always been on positive net cash flow”. Between them, the pair have spoken at over 1000 property networking events, seminars, and workshops and have contributed over 1,000 posts to various property forums.
Vanessa’s outspoken views about conducting property transactions in an ethical and transparent fashion and building a sustainable business based on cash flow (not capital growth/equity release) have helped her gain visibility in the property arena, and for the past two years, she and her husband Nick have consulted for the BBC on property matters, and also appeared on radio and TV.
